NETWORKS THAT DELIVER IMPACT
Moving staff networks from activity to impact
NETWORKS THAT DELIVER IMPACT
Structured, practical leadership support for employee networks that are ready to move from activity to strategic impact.
Most employee networks are busy.
They run events.
They mark awareness days.
They host panels.
These activities matter. They build connection, visibility and belonging across organisations.
But many networks, and the teams supporting them, are now asking a bigger question:
How can employee networks contribute more strategically to organisational culture, talent and inclusion?
Across the UK, employee networks, (sometimes called staff networks, employee resource groups or ERGs), are increasingly recognised as important partners in shaping workplace culture, supporting retention and informing organisational decision making.
Yet many are volunteer-led and operating alongside demanding day jobs. They often lack the structure, time and strategic clarity needed to deliver the level of impact organisations hope for.
NETWORKS THAT DELIVER is designed to support organisations, EDI teams and network leaders to unlock that potential.
The problem we address
Employee networks are often navigating:
Employee networks are often navigating:
Unclear purpose or scope
Inconsistent sponsorship or engagement from leadership
Balancing community-building with strategic influence
Pressure to demonstrate impact
Volunteer fatigue and limited capacity
Questions about how networks should best partner with EDI teams and leadership
Without the right infrastructure and support, even the most committed network can struggle to move beyond activity into sustained influence.
