Ideal if you’re ready for change but unsure where to begin. We work closely with your team to co-create a practical, purpose-led strategy that reflects where you are now – and where you want to go.

2. Organisational review and roadmap
Duration: 8–10 weeks • Investment: from £8,000

Turley, a leading UK-based planning and development consultancy, had made notable progress on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), particularly around gender equality. However, they recognised a significant lack of diversity at leadership level beyond gender. Ethnic minority, LGBTQ+, socio-economic, and disabled representation was still low in senior positions.
Turley commissioned On The Level to help them take the next step in their EDI journey: to develop a strategy that would help them build a more inclusive and diverse leadership team by 2030.
3. People & purpose partnership
Ongoing consultancy to embed inclusive leadership and culture over time.

4. Evidence for change - Inclusive research & insight

Client example
We designed and delivered a national research project for Pride in Leadership exploring the barriers to career progression faced by LGBTQ+ people in the UK. The project combined a large-scale survey with in-depth qualitative research to capture the experiences of over 1,000 LGBTQ+ professionals across sectors.
The final report provided clear, evidence-based recommendations for employers, policymakers, recruiters and the LGBTQ+ community – and has since been used to inform organisational strategy, shape funding bids, and spark new collaborations.
